BSARD Staff

When Buckeye Search and Rescue Dogs is called out by an Incident Commander, we will normally dispatch two or more canine/handler teams to a search site, as well as the base operations staff and whatever support staff fits the situation.

Take a moment to meet our staff.

Bryan Blaylock
Bryan Blaylock.

Since many handlers have more than one dog, and sometimes handlers go out with another team as a spotter, quite often there are several dogs waiting their turn or resting at the base. Bryan's responsibilities include making sure that those dogs and the ones returning from the field are cared for properly to maintain their readiness. He takes them for walks, waters them regularly, monitors their climate, and generally keeps them comfortable.
