Kelly has been a Search and Rescue professional since 2009, and joined BSARD in 2018.
Kelly retired from the Sheriff’s Office after nearly 30 years in Law Enforcement as a Deputy, Crime Scene Unit specialist, Evidence Technician, and the last 16 years as a K9 officer.
