Ryan and his Bloodhound Scarlett O’Hara joined BSARD in February 2009. He was a Patrol Officer in his local Police Department, and he was interested in becoming a K9 Handler and Mantrailing.
He was with us about a year, until January 2010. He participated in 2 search operations with the team.

Scarlett was a female Bloodhound who joined BSARD with her handler Ryan in February 2009 and was with us until January 2010. She specialized in Mantrailing and participated in 1 search operation with the team.
