Toni has been a SAR professional since 2007, and a member of BSARD from 2013. She has prior experience as a K9 Handler before joining BSARD, and now primarily supports operations via communications and logging.
She is also training Höffen for Human Remains Detection on Land.
Toni’s personal certifications include NASAR SARTECH II and ADSAR, NIMS ICS courses (100, 200, 700, and 800), and Adult, Child and Infant First Aid, CPR and AED.
Other training she has completed throughout her career include GPS Navigation, Crime Scene Preservation, HazMat Awareness, Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) Awareness, Respiratory Protection, Personal Protection against Blood-borne Pathogens, and Canine First Aid. She completed training in CART Advanced Search and Rescue, and is a former Certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT-B).
Toni is a retired Store Manager from a major grocery store chain.

He passed his American Temperament Test, and has been training for Human Remains Detection on Land.
